Pilot Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-05-20-beta

Introduction and acceptance

These Pilot Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to FLT LVL 410 pilot features and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering or continuing to use pilot features you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Platform is offered as a beta preview. Availability, integrations, moderation, eligibility criteria, and economics may change without notice.

This document is generic engineering boilerplate for beta testers and requires independent counsel review before production rollout.

Eligibility

You affirm that you satisfy any onboarding requirements we publish for pilots and that your credentials remain valid for the jurisdictions where you intend to operate.

Operational flying triggers obligations imposed by regulators, insurers, employers, counterparties you contract with, and aviation facilities; FLT LVL 410 does not certify that any opportunity complies with those duties.

Account registration and security

You must safeguard credentials and devices used to reach the Platform, enable multi-factor authentication when offered, and notify FLT LVL 410 promptly of suspected compromises.

Misrepresentations can trigger suspension because they jeopardize credentialing and pairing workflows that downstream operators rely on.

Platform role; not an employer

FLT LVL 410 provides software tooling so pilots may review postings introduced by counterparties acting outside FLT LVL 410 control.

Beta listings introduce opportunities but do not replace counterparties’ independent vetting, dispatch policies, or trip releases.

Acceptable use and professional conduct

You communicate honestly, avoid deceptive credentials or impersonation, and treat counterparties professionally.

You do not disrupt uptime, circumvent access controls except through supported interfaces FLT LVL 410 publishes, or misuse content shared in confidentiality.

Intellectual property and feedback

FLT LVL 410 owns the aggregated Platform excluding media you originate and expressly license to counterparties separately.

Voluntary suggestions grant FLT LVL 410 a royalty-free perpetual license limited to evaluating and deploying product improvements tied to aviation workflows.

Limitation of liability

Except where law forbids otherwise, beta services are furnished “AS IS” without merchantability fitness guarantees.

Except for liability that statute prevents limiting, aggregated damages attributable to FLT LVL 410 stay capped at the greater of fees paid preceding twelve months or one hundred united states dollars when no fees apply.

Indemnity

You indemnify FLT LVL 410 against reasonable defense costs stemming from misuse of postings, negligent misrepresentations, or violations of aviation regulations traceable to your conduct.

Suspension and termination

FLT LVL 410 may suspend accounts exhibiting material breaches after commercially reasonable warnings unless escalation risk demands faster action.

You discontinue pilot access anytime via published account controls or emailed requests routed through onboarding support desks.

Governing law; venue placeholders

Counsel—not this draft—selects controlling law, courthouse venue, and dispute resolution mechanics before scaled distribution.

Notices and contact

Operational prompts reference in-product chatbots and success email aliases updated without chronicling every alias here.

Formal legal inquiries during beta funnel through legal-beta@fltlvl410.com until counsel assigns production notice addresses.
